Please read this document carefully before registering or using any service on the 15th platform. By registering or accessing the platform, you agree to be bound by all terms and conditions set out below.

Acceptance of Terms
These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and the 15th platform ("Platform"). By accessing, registering, logging in, or using any part of this platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with all terms contained in this document as well as all related policies referenced herein.
If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use the 15th platform. Continued use of the platform after any terms update is published constitutes acceptance of the latest version.
This platform is only accessible to individuals who are 18 years and above. Registration or use by underage individuals is strictly prohibited, and any such account will be closed immediately upon verification.
Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities
Account Registration
Each user is only permitted to hold one account only on the 15th platform. Holding multiple accounts under one identity violates these terms and may result in all associated accounts being suspended or closed without prior notice. All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date.
Password Security
You are solely responsible for keeping your password and login credentials secure. Do not share your login details with anyone. 15th will never ask for your password via email, chat, or any other channel. Any activity that occurs under your account is considered to have been carried out by you, unless you have promptly reported unauthorised access to our support team.
User Responsibilities
- Ensure that all registered personal information is accurate and updated whenever changes occur.
- Not use the platform for any purpose that violates Malaysian law.
- Not attempt to hack, manipulate, or interfere with the system or other users' accounts.
- Comply with all game rules stated in each section of the platform.
Payment & Transaction Information
Currency & Payment Methods
All transactions on the 15th platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). The platform supports local payment methods including FPX and Touch 'n Go eWallet. Any transaction fees charged by third-party payment service providers are the user's own responsibility.
Deposit
Deposits that have been successfully processed cannot be reversed once credited to your account. Users are responsible for ensuring that the deposit amount is correct and meets the minimum requirements set for each promotion or game table. 15th reserves the right to hold suspicious deposit transactions pending identity verification.
Withdrawals
Withdrawals are subject to identity verification policies and any wagering requirements associated with bonuses received. Processing times vary depending on the chosen payment method. 15th reserves the right to request identity verification documents prior to approving any withdrawal to ensure transaction security.
Suspicious Transaction Activity
Any signs of money laundering, fraud, or abuse of payment systems will be reported to the relevant authorities, and the accounts involved will be suspended immediately without compensation.
Account Suspension, Closure & Limitation of Liability
Account Suspension & Closure
15th reserves the right to suspend or close any account without prior notice in the event of a breach of these terms, fraudulent activity, a recommendation by the relevant authorities, or any conduct deemed harmful to the integrity of the platform. In cases of closure due to a breach, any account balance may be forfeited depending on the severity of the violation.
Users may also request to close their own account at any time by contacting the support team via email. Account closure requests will be processed once all pending transactions have been settled.
Limitation of Liability
The 15th platform is provided on an "as is" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by Malaysian law, 15th is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or special losses arising from use of the platform — including losses due to service disruptions, technical delays, or system errors beyond our control.
15th's maximum liability to any user under any circumstances shall not exceed the total active deposit held in that user's account at the time of the incident.
Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links & Changes to Terms
Intellectual Property
All content on the 15th platform — including logos, interface design, text, images, and software code — is owned by or licensed to 15th. You may not copy, redistribute, modify, or use any platform content for commercial purposes without prior written consent.
Third-Party Links
The 15th platform may reference third-party services or providers such as game software suppliers or payment gateways. 15th is not responsible for the privacy policies, content, or practices of any such third parties. Users are encouraged to review the terms and privacy policies of third-party providers separately.
Changes to Terms
15th reserves the right to modify or update these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on this page. It is the user's responsibility to check this page periodically. Continued use of the platform after any changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Applicable Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Malaysian courts.
